Credit Card payments are collected by “Payment Processor” acting as an authorized agent of Egypt Excursions Online. Subsequently, “Booking Transaction” will appear as Luxor Excursions, on your credit card statement.
All information regarding the travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking and all requests for modifications/amendments must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
After paying the tour cost by your credit card an invoice and trip voucher with pick-up time and other relevant information will be issued to you via e-mail.
Our payment policy here is very simple; all bookings must be paid by credit/debit card / Bank payment in order to receive the booking confirmation.
Upon your arrival, we may require additional information such as room number, visa copy, passports in order to run your tour.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Sofort, and PayPal.
Cancellation and Refund Procedure:
Any booking canceled 24 Hours before the tour date, receives a full refund.
Some tours like Flights, Train or ferry, Private must be fully paid in advance and no refund in case of cancellation.
We issue the refunds within 7 working days from the cancellation; amounts should take up to 5 working days to be credited back to your card/account.
If the Company has to cancel your trip for any reason, a full refund will be paid.
Traveler Phone Numbers:
Your phone number is required to contact you in case of any change in the tour itinerary.
Passport and Visa:
You should send us a copy of your passport if you want to join one of our private tours.

Please note that if you choose for any reason not to participate in any part of excursions with us once on the tour, there will be no refund for these services, as they are prepaid based on the number participating who join the tour.

Weather drops, acts of God, force majeure, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations, or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant.
